用Perl语言编写了一个pep_pattern.pl脚本,可从一组相关序列中搜索非常相似的序列片段,通过匹配所有可能的氨基酸片段的排列,统计每个匹配模体在序列中的出现频率和位置,搜索蛋白质序列中的2~4个多肽的模体。

此项研究的目的在于考察C -PEP量表测得的中间反应项是如何直接转化为个别化教育计划目标的。实验选取 6名 7- 10岁孤独症儿童为被试。对所得数据进行了分析。结果表明 :1.被试的发展在可比较的训练时距内进步明显 ,根据E项所进行的训练能有效减少被试的挫折感和拒绝反应 ,形成教育的良性循环 ,显著提高训练效率。 2 .经过训练被试发展的不均衡趋势以及个体差异依然存在

The coordinated development between touristization and urbanization is the key to optimizing regional industrial structure and building a long-term dynamic mechanism for urbanization. Based on constructing the measurement index system of touristization and urbanization level, the evaluation model on the coupled and coordinated degree is used in this paper to measure the inter-provincial pattern of the coupled and coordinated relationship between touristization and urbanization in 31 provinces and autonomous regions in China. The results show that the coupled and coordinated relationship between touristization and urbanization is significantly different in different regions, which presents a gradient decline pattern of the highest in the east, the lower in the middle and the lowest in the west. In the future, measures should be taken to promote the coordinated development between touristization and urbanization in accordance with the regional differences and actual development needs.

The smart library is a new trend in the development of libraries, and an important concept of the library community. At present, the research and practice of smart libraries are mostly carried out under the principle of "technology first", which has not yet explored fundamentally what is the smartness of libraries and what smart support do people need in knowledge acquisition.In the change of service focus, the libraries of the past generations demonstrated the core ideas of using knowledge and technology as the driving force and constantly adapting to the changes of users’ needs. By analyzing the nature of human beings in smart activities and their core needs, this study proposes a smart library concept that integrates the three core elements of "resource", "people" and "space" to build a smart service model to support user intelligence activities. The future development of the smart library should be based on the construction of the individual smart library environment, and further working for the smartness of the "big library".

由于自闭症谱系障碍儿童在社会交往、沟通及行为方面异常,且个体差异性大,临床上极需一套具有良好信效度的标准化评估工具。心理教育量表(Psycho-educational Profile,简称PEP量表)专为此类儿童设计,目前已被世界多国采用,其临床效用及心理测量学特性也不断被证实。本文在回顾PEP量表在美国本土修订发展的基础上,综述了其他非英语国家对于该量表的修订和其心理测量学特征的验证研究,同时对该量表在中国的引进、应用和修订所面临的问题、分歧和展望进行了有益思考和探讨。

以鳜(Siniperca chuatsi)选育群体为实验材料,在易驯食与不易驯食鳜转录组Unigene数据库中共预测到4809个SNP位点,其中胃蛋白酶基因(pepsinoge, pep)和生长激素基因(growth hormone, gh)均为转录组筛选获得的鳜驯食性状候选基因,本研究将候选基因上的多态SNP位点在易驯食和不易驯食鳜群体中进行基因分型,并与鳜驯食性状进行关联分析。在易驯食与不易驯食的鳜群体中共发现5个单核苷酸(SNP)多态性位点,有效等位基因(N_e)在1.1959～1.7001,观测杂合度(H_o)和期望杂合度(H_e)分别分布于0.1800～0.3585和0.1655～0.4160,多态信息含量(PIC)为0.2477,全部位点都属于中度多态性位点。结果表明SNP位点pep-A T/C中2种基因型TT和CT与鳜驯食性状呈高水平显著相关(P<0.05),显著影响鳜驯食性状表型,其中Genotype2相关性最高,可作为最优基因型个体进行选育。本研究在鳜pep和gh基因中鉴定出与驯食性状呈显著关联的SNP分子标记,为加快易驯食鳜新品种的基因辅助选育提供有效的SNP分子标记。

Urban planning has become a widely concern for minimizing the negative effects of urban expansion on terrestrial ecosystems. We developed an interdisciplinary modeling framework to evaluate the effectiveness and shortcomings of urban expansion management strategies. A three-step method was applied to Yinchuan Plain in the northwestern of China, including(1)analyzing the relationship between landscape pattern and ecosystem service values through mathematical statistics;(2) predicting landscape pattern and ecosystem services change under different scenarios based on cellular automaton model(SLEUTH-3r model); and(3) designing and validating optimized scenario through integrating historical analysis experiments and future multi-comparison suggestions. Results have suggested that landscape composition and configuration can significantly affect regional ecosystem service values, especially the connectivity and shape of landscape. Compact urban growth policy and medium environment protection policy are the appropriate setting for urban expansion plan. Optimization validation of the combined designed scenario implied the reliability of this method. Our results highlighted the significance of integrating application of landscape pattern analysis, ecosystem service value evaluation,model simulation and multi-scenario prediction in urban planning.

In recent years, while the traditional trade sectors have been shrinking, China’s cross-border e-commerce has undergone rapid development and has become a new driver of its international trade. Based on analysis of the evolution pattern of China’s cross-border e-commerce, this paper uses a revised gravity model to test empirically the driving factors and the resistance factors in the development of the country’s cross-border e-commerce. The results show that the total GDP, per capita disposable income of urban residents, total imports and exports, and the scale of the online shopping market have a positive relationship with cross-border e-commerce transactions, which are conducive to the development of cross-border e-commerce, while logistics costs inhibit the development of cross-border e-commerce. Accordingly, the paper puts forward several policy recommendations.

The past ten years have witnessed the development of Citizen Science from an emerging concept into a mode of an Internet enabled mass participation and online collaboration. However, due to the diversity of the subjects of citizen science projects, the universality and heterogeneity of the participants, the complexity and dynamics of the implementation process, there are still numerous open issues less addressed in its operation mechanism and management mode. Based on the two dimensions of scientific crowdsourcing type and citizen science development environment, this study asserts that the business model of citizen science projects can be effectively constructed and divided. To drive, manage and maintain the development of citizen science projects with the idea of "institutional view", joining the entity of third-party organization can reconstruct the operation mode of citizen science projects. Based on the Library and Information Science, citizen science projects of digital humanities can be explored in depth, and the follow-up work can be carried out from aspects such as the utilization of special collections, the construction of digital humanities platforms, the management and protection of scientific research data, as well as the user motivation and training.

The results show that the culture and economy in Yunnan's frontier are coupled with formation of the coordinated development of culture and economy; economic development is the main reason to promote the coordinated development of culture and economy in Yunnan's frontier, and it contributes to the main force of improving the coordinated development of evolution types; the coordinated development degree of the overall level is low and still in the China's backward level.

Many countries and governments consider smart cities a solution to global warming,population growth, and resource depletion. Numerous challenges arise while creating a smart city. Digital twins, along with the Internet of Things, fifth-generation wireless systems, blockchain, collaborative computing, simulation, and artificial intelligence technologies, offer great potential in the transformation of the current urban governance paradigm toward smart cities. In this paper, the concept of a digital twin city(DTC) is proposed. The characteristics, key technologies, and application scenarios of a DTC are elaborated upon. Further, we discuss the theories, research directions, and framework regarding DTCs.
