【摘要】The paper formulates a matrix fund flow statement kind of National Income flow statement by reference so that it can be used for the in-depth researches in-toincome distribution and disbursement transaction. Moreover,national income flow statement is associsted with the input-output table and flow of funds toble. The paper then builds a national income flow model which is connected with input -output model and flow of funds modal.
