【摘要】Focusing on the low efficiency of State assets operation at present and the problems appeared in the process of implementation of"Appraisal Methods of Value and Vadded of Statc一owned Assets"that was enacted in January 1995. The paper puts forward some proposals on establishing the appraisal and evaluation indicators of state一owned asscts operation as well as some suggestion improving the "Appraisal Methods"。
