【摘要】In the process of transition to New System of National Accounts, there exist a lot of problems which are not easy to deal with. This paper dissects six aspects during this process such as resident service, enterprise subsidy, well-being service within the units, illegal production and "underground" economy, financial media service charge and information processing, and adjustment of bookkeeper account- ing statistics. The author also points out main international principles and the dif- ficulties under the special situation of our country to treat these problems, and therefore emphasizes the great significance to solve these issues properly
