【摘要】In this article,authors start from a systematical introduction to the theoretical system of price index and purchasing power parity,then propose several criteria to the production and selection of these indexes,and expose their comment to each one.Besides,they also give judgement to some commonly used or famous indexes/purchasing power parities,according to the criteria provided in this article.
