【摘要】The paper classifies the indicators of multi-object sample survey into two categories,i.e.,high cost indicators and low cost indicators starting from survey cost.The authors analyze the theoretical problems of sample design of multi-project sample survey under such classification,present multi-project sample design methods under the constraint of cost and conducts experimental analysis as well.
