【摘要】The Unite State as one of 4 main traditional user of anti dumping policy in the world,It's anti dumping policy has aroused increasing concern of government,enterprise,law as well as academia circles,our country pay attention to this unusually too,but no one study systematically on empirical analysis of U.S.antidumping.This paper carries out an overall analysis to on practical aspects of U.S. anti dumping policies.It attempts to find the characteristic,measures and influencing of U.S.anti dumping polices,in order to provide better countermeasures that can be employed by China.
