【摘要】The paper provides an assessment of the proactive fiscal policy since 1998 in terms of its expansionary effects and distributive effects.The assessment suggests that the policy has achieved more in stimulating economic growth than improving income inequality.It is concluded that the future policy should orient more towards income equalization.
