【摘要】Using the Method of Panel Analysis,the Article Estimates the Threshold Effect of International Trade Technology Spillover,the Result Shows Both the Export' Positive Threshold Effect And the Import' Negative Threshold Effect Exist,And Market Orientation and Human Capital Are the Factors of Improving Chinese Technology,International Trade And FDI Have the Limited Use on Improving the Technology.
