【摘要】With the theories of new institutional economics,this text analyses the data quantity under checking on the regional governors.I think that the untrue key of checked data consists in that the income of boasted data is far higher than its cost.We should regard the institutional arrange as the core,reduce the boastful income level as soon as possible.
