【摘要】The second board stock market of the United States is now the largest and most developed one in the world after 50 year development. It provides American technical innovation enterprises with necessary capital and management supports, plays a very important role in promoting high tech industries. The paper tries to statistically analyse the characteristics of the second board market and the effects and impacts on macro economy.
