【摘要】This paper investigates applicability of trade and industrial policy in chinese car market from social welfare and put up empirical analysis, using CES utility function. The paper finds that the competition of car industry of china is more competitive than Bertrand competition and moderate tariff and subsidy is beneficial to improve social welfare. It is a right to continue to reduce tariff level.
