【摘要】In this paper, the measurement of environmental loss is made using the price of pollution treatment in Zhejiang and Taiwan respectively. Comparing the results of this measurement with the corresponding data of Taiwan, the author gives some revealing suggestions on environmental protection and pollution treatment.
