【摘要】After analyzing the characteristic of inaternational industry transfer, By the data Cince in the past 1985, The pape analyse the state of intra industry trade in China and use the Cointegration and Error correction models to reveal that intra industy trade affect development of China's industry and act on the new developmental road of China's industriatization.
