【摘要】The author makes quantitative analysis on the development trends of inequality from 1999 to 2002 and equality between sexes,ages,educational levels,provinces of Chinese people who have access to Internet through calculating Gini Coefficient,and thereby indicates the inequality of Internet development of China.
