【摘要】After the breakout of SARS disease,the Chinese Government has taken the strong measures to protect and treat the disease.This brings out some new questions of the national accounting.The paper focuses on the accounting of non market services and discuss the existing accounting method of the non market eductation service,and put forward the new idea of how to account the output of education sector.
