【摘要】Smuggling behavior seriously damages national economy.From the economics point of view,the papper analyses smuggling behavior and corruption of Customs law enforcement officials by using rent-seeking theory,points out its causes economically,analyses the act of offering and accepting bribes by using game model,and raises the countermeasure of supervision and renovation.
