【摘要】Water resource value is the important institution of the sustainable utilization of water resource.And water resource price institution is the difficult thing.W ater resource is a very complex system and using fuzzy mathematics can evaluate these interactive parts.Then the water resource price can be gained from the mod el.In here,Shanghai is taken as the case studying and we make out the fuzzy eval uation matrix of water resource value based on those statistic data.Then we calc ulate the Shanghai water resource price 0 57yuan per cubic kilometers.It says t he Shanghai water price should be raised but it must be lower than 0 54yuan per cubic kilometers.
