【摘要】The paper discusses the ratio estimation with systematic PPS sampling and simulates the model with the data of the First Agricultural Census in China on the base of introduction of the ratio estimation with simple random sampling. The method of the ratio estimation can solve some problems of precision and multi-purpose survey. Systematic PPS sampling design is a good method to be applied in practice.
