【摘要】Alonging with the tidal wave of economy globalization and China's entering into WTO, Chinese enterprises' global operations have come into a brand-new moment, and our enterprises' competing stress would become much bigger. By referencing the succeeding experience of the word's best multi-national corporation and analyzing the status and problem of our country's global operations, I think that our enterprises could adopt several forms of strategic alliance to develop multi-national corporation and impel the gloabl course of our enterprises.
