【摘要】The authors think the problem about the agriculture, the countryside and the farming folk has a great influence on the economic and social development of China. This paper analyzes the primary causes and influences based on the policy differences between urban and rural, considering labor quality, consumption requirement, social security system, and national foodstuff assurance. Besides that, the authors bring forward three adjusted policy directions:enlarging years in incumbency education, abolishing unfair policy about transferring employment from rural to urban, gradually setting up the social security system for the aged including the farming folk.
