【摘要】Corporate governance in the state-owned assets supervision enterprises is an important aspect of establishing a modern enterprise system. The 77 questionnaires have been analyzed on corporate governance in state-owned assets supervision enterprises in Beijing.The results showed that enterprises restructuring greatly affects governance performance;internal governance improves business performance;external governance has little function on enterprise performance. Finally,the paper provided some advices for improvement of corporate governance in state-owned assets supervision enterprises.
