【摘要】Regarding the existing problems of imperfect of statistical system,incompleteness of laws and regulations,over-weighted burden of statistical organizations of grass roots and the decreasing of survey units' willingness to cooperate,the authors forward the suggestions to standardize requirements and strengthen statistics reform.
