【摘要】The paper is part of the analytical report on the results of National R&D Census. The authors think that both the manpower and financial input of China are among the leading group of developing countries,the scientific and technological activities have covered all the industries of national economy,the scientific and technological resources is being optimized and enterprises have become the main sources of scientific and technological input.
