【摘要】The paper introduces to both the definition and contents of balance of payments of technique.It also explains both the difference and relation between balance of payments of technique,flow of technique and technique transfer.The authors explore the possibility of establishing statistics of balance of payments of technique of China according to the relevant contents of BOPs of State Administration of Foreign Exchange.
