【摘要】The paper, firstly, gives the measurement criterion and scope for SOE's surplus employment after definitely defining it; then, the paper evaluates routine measurement and tells its defect; finally, the paper quantitatively measures the SOE's surplus employment with production function method. The result is satisfactory.
