【摘要】The economics and energy growing speed made by the “the tenth five year”reprot is definite, and the thesis deeply analyses the energy situation of our country. On the basis of using the small sample cause and effect theory, this paper judgies on the relative data made by “the tenth five year plan” and points out that they are rational.
