【摘要】Social insurance and business insurance are similar in the essence, combine of both insurance is beneficial to structure capital security system of social safety.This paper expounds in the case of China government has approved insurance capital entering market,we must break layout of social insurance and business insurance had been separating,allows personal accounts of social insurance enter into the composition of insurance capital,or entrusts management by insurance company in the capital market.
