【摘要】Small and medium sized business is playing more and more important role in China's economy development.Although bank credit promotes its development of small business in a certain extent,it is not enough yet.There are constraints come from small businesses and banks that limited the small and medium sized business lending.This article puts forward the new concept of initiative guaranty that's mean a dynamic and integrated guaranty system,and builds a Small Business Lending Guaranty System to solve the problem.
