【摘要】The basic condition of informationization level was one of important gist for government to constitute development stratagem,policy measurement and guideline.But how about currently Chinese informationization development level?Through reviewing various research results in exist a total judgement was made,that is:from the whole country,informationization development level in China was in elementary stage;from eastem coastal area and partial big city,informationization development level has been in the overlapping section of elementary stage and intermediate stage;from west area and most of rural areas,informationization development level was in just start stage.
