【摘要】The main viewpoint of the paper is that rapid growth of Chinese economy is arisen by many factors,among which the most important one is government's stimulation. The paper forwards a preliminary thinking way and method to measure government stimulation,and measures it by using the data of 1999. The paper also researches the positive effects and negative effects of government-dominated economy.
