【摘要】The recent slow down of the agricultural labour force transfer has become a major factor hampering the peasant's income growth. The author argues that the transfer of China's agricultural labour force has entered into a new stage, with challenges and chances co existed. The author believes that it is possible to sustain the peasants' income growth if appropriate measures were attached.
