【摘要】The paper firstly reviews several important incidents of the second half of last century.It further discusses the rationality of application of mathematical statistics to analysing social and economic problems,explains what trans-science analysis across mathematical statistics and economics is and the status of traditional social and economical statistics in the system of statistical subjects.
