【摘要】This paper analyzes the impacts on economy of Hongkong after implementation of three stages of CEPA from zero-tariff of goods,preferential service trade,and convenience of trade and investment,and evaluates the policy effect of CEPA implementation.The new trends of service industry of Hongkong,especially financing and logistics development are explored.The research outcome is very meaningful to Mainland to accelerate the comprehensive development of the service industry.
