【摘要】In addition to government policies, the investment in agriculture and rural area necessarily has impact on the improvement of production and livelihood in rural area.The main investors have been being government,collectives,and rural households,with government playing a dominant role.Bank,enterprise,social organization,institution,even individual person may also be investor,but their investment is limited because of their low interests.Nowadays,there is a big gap between the supply of and demand for investment,while the abilities of government and social society in supporting agriculture and rural society are still underdeveloped.This is a barrier and must be remove in the construction of new countryside.
