【摘要】Based on China's 36 industries panel data in the period of 1992 and 2002, making use of panel data regression and Hausman test, we tested the modified Shengbin(2002) model. The result suggests that the endogenous tariff theory also exist in China. The mixed model is better than the “national benefit model” and “the special interest group model”. China's nominal tariff protest structure is affected by both “the national benefit” and “the special interest group”.
