【摘要】Based on the cointegration theory,this paper uses the annual data from 1978 to 2002 to analyze the relationship between inventory investment and inflation in China.Results show that,inventory is inflation sensitive,but inflation is not inventory sensitive.Speculation in business is prevalent in China.
