【摘要】There is no disagreement on the further exploring of statistics in different level, but the disagreement still exists on how to explore. The paper boldly introduces the theory of chaos into this field. The purpose is to combine systematology (including the theory of chaos)with statistics, abandon mechanism, set up the non linear systematic thinking and improve the reliabillty of statistics to satisfy the needs of internationalization of statistical work in order to realize the functions(i.e.monitorng and measuring)of statistical work.
