【摘要】This paper discusses China's employment issues from theoretical and practical angles on the basis of investigation,points out their impact on economic development and social stability.The whole thinking on solving these issues,as well as a series of specific measures,is presented.Some viewpoints in this paper haven't been put forwarded publicly before.The research can offer references to deepen employment system reformation and solve the deep contravention existing in China's employment mechanism.
