中国特色人力资源价值计量统计模式的构建

【摘要】This paper researches deeply and systemly the most difficult value measurement problem of the human resource.It gives four basic statistic modes of value measurement including entireness,unity,nonce and future modes.It discusses generally how to design the modes and the theory gist\,particular appliance and characteristic of the modes.So this paper cuts new approach to the research of our country's human resource.
