【摘要】In this paper, authors explained the concept and characteristics of unofficial sectors, the importance of statistical accounting in these sectors, the difference between unofficial sectors, illegal economy and underground economy, the relationship between the unofficial sectors and the National economic accounting system. Then they provided the concrete plan to carry out accounting in unofficial sectors.
