【摘要】It has been an open researching subject which is in great need of quantitative analysis so far that the investment in the construction of infrastructures might give rise to economic growth.By means of CES production function of the three elements of Rank Two,this paper will provide a method of assessment on this,as well as a practical testing analysis of it.
