【摘要】The main idea of this report is to research a good method to allocate and control the quantity of the local institution,and established a dynamic decision-making method.The method is not only scientific,but also simple/practical and easily to operate.We have used this method to predict the optimal quantity of the institution of the city and the county of Liao Ning province,and get the satisfactory effect.The method had been adopted and applied.
