【摘要】Recently it has been a very serious problem to forecast the trend of real estate price index.Although the government has launched several policies to control it,it seems that they don't work.So whether the real estate price Index can be efficiently forecastedThis paper provides an empirical analysis using a series of statistical models,builds up a leading indicators system,and gives a perfect simulation and forecast.
