【摘要】Using spatial econometrics, the paper discuss spatial situation of urban services and the factors which cause spatial disparities of services development in china.National spatial Autocorrelation analysis tells services cluster become more and more significant, and spatial services show significant core-periphery character.Southeastern china is core, and western and southwestern china is periphery. Not only per capita disposable income、 civilization level,、population density、industry development、labors in services、human capital、percent of advanced services、GDP density、and Opening、 Preferential policies but also services in neighbor cities have influence on spatial disparities of services.
