【摘要】Growing awareness of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is evident in the growth of international organizations and non-governmental organizations,which put their effort to force the corporate more responsible worldwide.In China,more and more companies are also being forced to follow the CSR.In this paper, we develop a CSR appraisal system to guide Chinese private companies becoming more social responsible.The system includes 3 sub-systems focusing on economic,social,and environmental aspects of CSR.
