【摘要】In the processes of farmland transfer,the more resources endowment of farmland which farmers have,the higher of the probability and the area they rent in farmland.Although transaction costs of farmland exerted a negative effect on the probability and the area that farmers rented in farmland,the effect on behavior of farmers' renting in farmland were not remarkable.On the base of 212 farmers of JiangXi province in 2005,it validated those hypotheses above.
