【摘要】The paper researches the causes of economic fluctuation of China by constructing RBC model.Firstly,technical shock can explain the main part of economic fluctuation of China.Secondly,although technical innovation causes economic growth in many aspects,it has small effects to increase employment.So they result in the problem of unemployment coexisting with economic growth.
