【摘要】Industrialization and informationization are two ways of promoting economy development, which have different characteristic and meaning. Informationization is more important action of industrialization since 21 century. The author, on the analysis of industrial upgrade infection factors, studies the main characteristics of industrial upgrade under the effect of informationization.
