【摘要】The author introduced three methods of comparing and appraising the national statistical agencies analysed the weakness of each and the practical difficulties in the comparison. At last, the author pointed that, as a tentative and innovative activity, the international comparison of national statistical agencies is beneficial to exchange experience, improve data quality and enhance the administration level on statistical work.
